Curly Q is a modern-day punk/emo band rooted in the quintessential punk rock sounds of the early 2000s, echoing bands like Green Day, Modern Baseball, and Hawthorne Heights. Their sound features an electrifying combination of punchy chord progressions, emotionally charged lyrics, and high-energy performances, giving them a special place in today’s evolving punk scene. The band is the brainchild of frontman and songwriter Ben Schor, who started Curly Q while attending Florida State University. With the band's other members Franco Perrella (another singer/songwriter), Griffin Nelson, and Xavi Guevara all adding their own influences and energy to the mix.
